THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.

In no event shall Proverbs be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of this software, even if Proverbs has been advised of the possibility of such damages; including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other loss.  In the event any liability is imposed on Proverbs, the liability of Proverbs to you or any third party shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the software and documentation.

This product is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.  Pinellas County Florida shall maintain jurisdiction for all civil legalities.
