Zing Bat	Product Sales
The Zing Bat is a revolutionary new bat to train any player to achieve the perfect swing.  The site currently provides information on the product, training sequences in using the product, and an online order form.  Future plans include credit card ordering and online training videos.
Radiological Society of North America	Organization Resource
RSNA's website offers a wealth of knowledge for those in the radiological society. The site offers resources in research, education, and practice as well as Society publications and programs. My contribution to the site included the RSNA 2001 Brouchure request form and the Funding Opportunities Search.  In addition, I wrote a Cold Fusion database maintenance application for the RSNA Intranet.
Barbeque Jim's Smokehouse	restaurant and catering site
Barbeque Jim's is using this web site to spread the word about their delicious food and excellent catering services. Visitors can order Barbeque Jim's holiday special, view the daily sandwich and soup special, and create an order from the online menu. This site uses JavaScript and PHP to calculate total costs of the order, bring up daily specials, and provides a password protected area for restaurant personnel to enter the daily specials. In the future, visitors will be able to see the quarterly newsletter, get barbequeing tips, and see (and possibly provide) the joke of the week.
REM Corporation	web order processing application
REM Corporation needed to provide a way for their customers to create, track, and invoice orders on the web. REM's providers also wanted to view their assignments and fill out their reports on the web. Mr. Hansen designed and implemented a web based order entry and order fulfillment application using Allaire's Cold Fusion. The application is also used by REM personnel to assign orders, approve customer and provider registrations, and to verify and correct reports. A complete database solution was built with the intent of future interfacing with accounting packages. Email notifications are automatically sent to interested parties for specific events such as order entry and order completion. Users are allowed entry to specific portions of the site only upon successful logon.
MyWeddingPlans.com	e-commerce site
MyWeddingPlans.com is a large and growing web site for complete wedding planning. Built with Cold Fusion and a Sybase backend, the coders made extensive use of CSS and Javascript. Mr. Hansen wrote a number of Cold Fusion custom tags including the Planner Calendar. Along with writing a number of Javascripts used throughout the site, Mr. Hansen was responsible for the Guest List Manager, the search engine setup and interface, and customizing Allaire's Forums product.
The Birches - Senior retirement Living	brochureware site
Working with site creator and artist, Mr. Hansen retooled the site by updating HTML, adding JavaScript to forms, and CGI for form processing. This brochure ware site has increased interest in the retirement center.
Damian Services	search server implementation
Mr. Hansen worked with site coordinator to implement the Phantom Search Engine from Maxum Development Corporation. He created HTML interfaces to Phantom, tuned the product to search the Damian site and other specific sites effectively, and performed initial indexing.
Association Solutions	information gathering site
Association Solutions was looking at this site as a way for them to gather information from potential clients and existing customers. The site uses HTML, CSS, and Javascript to present relevant information to the association industry and to allow visitors to complete a questionaire or a change of address form.
Hinsdale Caucus	Political Committee
This site is a basic site using HTML and Javascript to provide a way for the committee to get their candiadates' views known. The site allows visitors to fill out a form to send questions and comments to specific candidates. Future expansion may include access to newsletters and other sites.
ACQFL	Fantasy Football Host and Software
This site uses HTML, Perl, and Javascript to provide the ACQFL statistics and a place for participants to create their weekly line-ups. The site uses some security for access to 'coaches only' portions of the site. Perl scripts were written to provide coaches a way to enter weekly line-ups and view the current list of line-ups submitted. The company plans to create a Java application to provide this service on the net or on a user's personal server.
