Prior to its release, client companies used extranet to access their company specific data. Interest in the company’s services has greatly increased from potential clients that have previewed the extranet. * Created accurate timeline and project plan for development of website/extranet. * Selected, customized, and created interface to calendar, chat, and discussion group applications to increase the extranet’s functionality. * Developed a secured area for web administrators to update/load data and maintain client extranet sites. * Created base pages and include files that allowed company personnel to quickly create 150+ content pages for website. Volunteer head of technology taskforce charged with implementing network, creating website and extranet and updating current software for a large church. * Acting as project manager with four project leads and five team members with plans to increase number of team members to nine. SUCCESS STORIES * Developed and implemented a voice web application that delivers voice messages to targeted customers and allow those customers to retrieve their messages through a voice web platform. My object oriented approach allowed the application to be quickly adapted for use with a variety of clients. This design greatly decreased the amount of time needed to bring new clients online. I also developed a solution that allowed sales people to initiate message delivery while previewing the application to potential clients. My roles included: project lead, database designer/developer, web developer. * Successfully managed and implemented a website that created a marketing presence on the web for a nationwide mortgage servicing company which increased their orders from new and existing customers five fold and decreased the order fulfillment and delivery time from seven to three days. I also gathered and defined requirements, created the project plan, and hired the consultants used for the project. My roles included: project manager, database designer/developer, web developer. * Created a Request For Proposal (RFP) for a company that wanted to improve their web presence and offer additional services to their customers. I led meetings with President, CIO and key personnel to gather requirements. I refined requirements, designed data model, and created flow diagrams for the RFP. The RFP successfully triggered a number of qualified and consistent proposals. * Successfully rolled out a Message Processing application to eighty plus users at a Voice Automation company. I gathered requirements from the CIO and business leaders of the four groups using the application, designed nine modules, coded three of the modules, and worked with group leaders to ensure a smooth implementation. Roles included: project lead, database designer/developer, client/server and web developer. * Co-chairperson of the Easter Seals DuPage Making Hope Become Reality Campaign to raise $3.5 million. The campaign exceeded expectations by raising nearly $4 million. The money built a state of the art pediatric therapeutic center and bolstered center funds and programs.
