| Materials such as grain screenings, soya meal, gypsum, coal, or refined ore sometimes cling to walls creating hang-ups and blockages, which further create delays in production and loss of storage capacity. Recovering materials that will not flow freely is risky and difficult. Force Vector will take these risks for you. Use of this service will stop you from having to employ dangerous and costly alternatives. Trained personnel, using both the Cardox CO2 rod and the Gyro-Whip will save someone from having to go inside your bin, bunker or silo and will thoroughly clear any hang-up or build-up. |

The Tools: No one product can solve every type of blockage or hang-up. The combination of the Cardox CO2 rod and the Gyro-Whip is used to reach all difficult-to-reach locations and hang-ups.

About the Gyro-Whip
The Whip is a portable, remote controlled tool that can be lowered into a storage container. Compressed air powers a variety of whips and cutting edges to knock down the toughest materials without damaging the walls of the storage container. Each system is designed to be moved easily from one location to the next.
Standard and Mini-Positioning Booms are used to position the Whip in all areas of the storage container.
- Standard Boom can reach horizontally 21 ft. from the opening and rotate 360 degrees.
- The Mini-Boom has a 8 ft. reach and can rotate 180 degrees.
Both booms have a motor drive which is capable of holding up to 150 ft. of 3/4in. hose. (Longer lengths are available on request)
The Whip features a Multi Cutting Head, which accepts non-sparking whips and blades constructed of lightweight aluminum especially for work in explosive environments.
|
Safety: One of the most common methods of relieving hang-ups was to send men into the bins to physically dig out the material. Cave-ins, falls, explosions, and a lack of oxygen were some of the risks associated with this method. More damaging methods have been employed using shotguns and even dynamite. Force Vector coordinates the tools that make these methods obsolete. Let our team send tools inside instead of you sending personnel inside.

In Bins, Silos and Hoppers: Use It For All Types of Build-up. Whether grain, flour, maize, soya, salt, sugar, cement, gypsum, coal, fertilizer, catalyst ores, powders, etc. this system provides a solution to the most difficult of buildups.
Cost Effective for Aerating Products:
Cardox is cost effective compared to other methods of aerating products and clearing build-ups when comparing:
- Capital Costs-Buy and reuse as often as needed.
- Operational Costs-There are no continuous running costs, use only when a build up occurs.
- Maintenance Costs-There are virtually no maintenance costs.
