- Interfacing with the venue, City hosting the event, Health Department and other representatives to secure necessary permits and licenses for outdoor events including vending permits, street closures, athletic permits, and liquor licenses.
- Developing a purchasing plan to specify quantities, delivery schedules and specification of equipment and materials used for your event and providing an accurate site plan for events indicating location of all key areas.
- Organizing all facets of not-for-profit and political fundraising events including list compilation, committee formation, strategy and event planning and follow-up.
- Turn key coordination for convention and corporate meetings including planning, invitation, publicity, catering, decoration, and printed materials
